Quality control
The quality team conducts OQC to ensure the quality of the finished product before it is allowed to enter the warehouse. Videos and pictures of the inspection process can be recorded.
Shipment preparation
Inform the customer of loading and shipment preparation. Loading photos will be taken. Customs clearance documents will be issued immediately once they are available.
After-sales service
We ensure installation instructions and other assistance that may be required to provide after-sales service guarantee.
